Man Gives Command For Pit Bull To Attack Cops But The Dog Has A Much Better Idea

When you’re a police officer, you never quite know what you’re going to run into from one day to the next. Some days may be fairly ordinary, with nothing more than some paperwork and your regular patrol. From time to time, however, your life as a police officer will be punctuated by some rather frightening experiences, and they seem to come out of the blue.

That was the case for these police officers who were responding to a burglary call in Riviera Beach, Florida. When they arrived on the scene, they saw Avery Davis, a 26-year-old man, and he fit the description of the suspect. They also noticed that he was carried some packages and had a pit bull along with him. Quite obviously, this is when being a police officer really becomes a rather unusual career.

Police told Davis that he should put the packages down and it was then that the confrontation started. Davis wasn’t about to get arrested without a fight so he ran. After being stunned with a stun gun, he still got away but it was then that he took things to the next level. He took the dog off of the leash and told the dog to “kill ’em boy.” As you can imagine, the police were probably wondering what they would have to do but as it turns out, things didn’t quite go as Davis had planned.

After Davis gave the command to attack the police officers, the dog actually turned on him and bit him in the buttocks. The dog even went for his head! It wasn’t long after that Davis was found hiding under an SUV. I guess karma is alive and well in Riviera Beach.
