Many of us appreciate something that is inexpensive, especially when it fills one of our basic needs. That is why we will often run to Aldi to pick up the latest, regardless of whether it is food or drink. It seems as if they can always satisfy in that way, and now they are doing so with something rather unique.
Aldi has really stepped up their game by offering a low-calorie wine that is only going to cost you £2.99 per bottle. That’s right, you can enjoy a classy evening at home by yourself or with friends and it is not going to cost you an arm and a leg to do so. The low calorie, low alcohol wine is now available at Aldi stores.
There are a number of options available for those who want this featherweight wine. They offer a white Zinfandel rose, a Chilean Merlot, Chilean sauvignon blanc and an Italian pinot grigio. When you consider the fact that they all have under 60 cal per 150 mL glass, it is absolutely brilliant. You can also drink a little extra without having to worry about overdoing it, because the wine only has about a 5.5% ABV.
You can already go to Aldi and pick up some Merlot but you may need to look a little bit harder if you are interested in coming up with one of the other types of wine. If you are a little bit patient, the stores will stock them soon.

Aldi has been known for inexpensive alcohol for quite some time. They offer their own brand of gin for only £9.97 per bottle. When you compare this with the price of a more expensive gin, you really pick up on the savings.
Aldi’s brand of gin may be inexpensive, but it is quite good. In fact, it won the supermarket own brand spirits range of the year award and 20 other metals.
If you’re looking for some cheap wine, turn your attention to Aldi. You can’t beat the price!
