If you happen to be someone who rents an apartment, then you realize that there are going to be times when the landlord steps up to the plate and does something for you. It may not necessarily be for you specifically but it will be for the benefit of the property and you get the benefit along with it. Perhaps that is how this woman was feeling when her landlord came over to do some painting at her place of residence. It can be a nice thing when we have some fresh paint on the house and I’m sure she was happy, but then she took a closer look and discovered that her landlord had actually painted over a cockroach.
