There are certain celebrities that are instantly recognizable, mainly because they have been around so long and have played so many different iconic roles over the years. We may recognize them because of the way that they look or perhaps because of one of the lines that they used in a movie that has become famous all on its own. Although there are a lot of celebrities that may fit that role, one that certainly comes to mind is Clint Eastwood. It doesn’t matter if he is playing Dirty Harry or anyone of his roles from a spaghetti western, he just brings something to the movie that is undeniable.
Clint Eastwood certainly has been around for awhile and you might be surprised to learn that he is now 91 years old! At the age of 91, he still has quite a presence and you can still recognize him when you see him. What might surprise you, however, is that he has been acting since he was 24 years of age. In other words, he has been on the silver screen for over 66 years! During that time, he has played in many westerns, as Dirty Harry, and in other movies, including Gran Torino. People across a number of generations know him, although they may recognize him differently, depending upon how old they are.
Since Clint Eastwood has been around so long, you probably would like to know what has led to his longevity. He really hasn’t kept it a secret, as he exercised regularly as a child and an adult so he was healthy and strong for many years. In addition, he would not stay immobile for too long and feels that that has really led to his living a long life.
Clint Eastwood has been around for many years and has been successful and so many different ways. We just hope that he will be around for many more and who knows, perhaps we will yet see him again on the silver screen.
